minimum of 50% marks and completion or enrollment in the final year of a 2-year
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).

Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a
minimum of 45% marks and completion or enrollment in the final year of a 2-year
D.El.Ed.
·
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks and completion or enrollment in the final year of a 4-year
Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
·
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks and completion or enrollment in the final year of a 2-year
Diploma in Education (D.Ed).

Bachelor’s degree with a B.Ed degree.
CTET Eligibility for Paper 2: Nurturing Upper Primary
Educators
Candidates aspiring to teach classes 6 to 8 should meet the
following eligibility criteria:

Graduation degree passed or appearing in the
final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
·
Graduation degree with 50% marks and cleared or
appearing in the final year exam of B.Ed.
·
Graduation degree with 40% marks and cleared or
appearing in the final year exam of B.Ed, in accordance with NCTE regulations.
·
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of a
4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
·
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with 50%
marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed or
B.A/B.Sc.Ed.
·
Graduation degree with 50% marks and cleared or
appearing in a 1-year B.Ed program.
